A word from your coach:

You asked and we listened. After polling the members. We have added and switched some classes around on the schedule.

We will be offering Olympic Lifting with Mo on Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm. These are a dedicated class to work on your Snatch and Clean & Jerk led by a National Level Weightlifter with a true passion for coaching these movements

Wednesdays at 6pm we will have a specialty class led by Taylor of Classic Strength and Accessory. These classes will be to work on the foundational movements to how to perform them best with extra detail on learning how to perform these movements properly.

Weekends we will now have a 10:30 class that can run 90 minutes for those interested in working that hard. The 9:30 class is cancelled until fall.
