Yesterdays was about drinking alcohol, today its about the other extreme, drinking water. Do you actually drink any water, or is it a flavoured and sweetened version of water. Many of us in the west have become unaccustomed to drinking actual water. This is a free and excellent way to help with many key functions in the body, including sleep, exercise performance, and how your body looks. If you find that you are not getting enough, why not try to add some water to your day for a couple weeks and see how you feel.
