A word from your coach:

As some of you know we are in the process of upgrading and replacing a bunch of our equipment. There are a bunch of new plates coming in. Please try to not “ghost ride” the lighter plates as this has lead to alot of broken plates. We are also exchanging the low reliability Airdynes with better options. SkiErgs and BikeErgs are coming. Are there any other types of cardio machines you want to see? Let us know, and before you ask, we are not getting a TrueForm Runner.
