When it comes to nutrition there is so much we need to still learn. A lot of it is about how it makes you feel and learning to listen to your body. For example if broccoli is supposed to be good for you, but every time you eat it your stomach hurts, maybe you should try another vegetable. There are lots of choices out there. Find what works for you and makes you feel better. Also remember that in western society we have a reductionist attitude towards nutrition. Such as oranges have vitamin C so just taking vitamin C is a good alternative. Real food always wins before supplements. A supplement should be just that, something to add to your diet if you cannot get it from food.
