Yesterday I talked about training versus testing. For those interesting in testing, there is an interesting new app out there. CashWOD is an app that has a daily workout, that the winner will win cash prizes. If used properly, this is a great tool to test yourself against others. This is not something that you should be doing everyday, contrary to what the makers of this program advise.
