I realize this is short notice but anyone interested in trying out the Highland games events (caber toss, sheaf toss, etc) there will be a practice event for FREE out in Provence Park in Orleans at 10am tomorrow. I will try to attend as this sounds like a fun way to test out your fitness and learn a new sport.
