10 Back Squats @ Bodyweight/.7 Bodyweight

Round 2: Sub 500m Row for 400m Run
Round 3: Sub 30/20 Cal Bike for 500m Row.

Next Wednesday the CrossFit Games starts. Still unsure of where or how the coverage will be but we will post the links as well as stream it at the gym. All we really know so far is on Wednesday they will be cutting the field of athletes down to 75 on the first event, then 50 on the second event. It looks like there is no room for error this year.
