Despite the recent heat wave it exciting to still see the gym busy. Remember training in different conditions and different times will effect your performance. Don’t always expect the same results. Adjust your intensity to match your environment. If its hot and humid, make sure you stay cool and maybe ratchet the intensity down a bit. If its bone chillingly cold, take a little longer to warm up. If you are tired take it a little easy. Don’t always expect the same output.
