Do you have a mentor? It might be your boss, your teacher, someone in your industry with more experience. Your mentor has probably made the same mistakes you have, and has probably made mistakes you don’t even know about yet. This is how you pass on wisdom. Having a mentor will allow you to progress better in your field and a good mentor will also help guide you to new levels.
