Do you look at the workouts posted and sometimes debate if you are coming in to workout? If you are not wanting to do the workout, this means its probably something you should be working on. We are only as strong as your weakest link. If you have a tendency to do this, commit yourself to days of the week and show up no matter what. Remember, if you cannot perform the skill, there are always substitutions you can do instead. Or perhaps, today is the day when you will learn that new skill. Get out of your comfort zone.
