Looking to clean up your diet? Some people decide to this and change everything on Monday. This usually doesn’t last, because the change is too drastic. Instead try doing some healthy substitutions. Instead of Coke, switch it for Diet Coke, a cauliflower pizza instead of regular pizza, etc. As those small little changes get easier, use that momentum to make more changes. This is a healthy and sustainable way for most people to make healthy changes to their eating habits.
