Have you ever taken video of yourself training? Sure many people like to film their workouts to post on Instagram, but there are some other benefits to doing this. You can see your movement quality, perhaps see some movement issues you can fix. This also gives you the benefit of what you are feeling in the movement is the same as what you see. You can also use this to compare the movement quality as you progress.
