A. Hang Power Clean - Work to a 1 Rep Max

B1. Dumbbell Jump Squat - 5 Sets x 10-12 Reps
B2. Depth Jump/Box Jump - 5 Sets x 2-3 Reps

C. Lateral Ball Throw (From Lunge Position) - 100 Reps (With a Partner)
(Switch stance after 50 Reps)

Its that time of the year again. The 2020 Crossfit Open is starting October 10th. More details are going to be released soon, but registration is now open. This is the first year where there are two opens in the same year. From now on the open will be in October. This means the start of the 2020 Crossfit Season is less than 40 days away.
