A word from your coach:

A damped control function is an engineering and scientific term to describe a sine wave that gets less amplitude as it continues forward. This is the approach you should be taking in your training. The middle line, 0 in this case, refers to perfection and any amplitude above or below this is how far off “perfect” it is. In the beginning there are big fluctuations, but over time, the fluctuations are less and less and you get closer to perfection. This can be demonstrated in a movement such as a squat in the untrained. In the beginning there might be many faults. You are trying to do it perfectly, but don’t have the proper body awareness, mobility, and strength to perform ir properly in the beginning. As time goes on, it slowly improves and gets better and better. Its not a sudden switch to perfection, its a little better every time.
