Conditioning

AMRAP 7:
5 Thrusters 115/75 (Rx+ 135/95)
Ascending Pull Ups (Rx+ Chest to Bar):
2-4-6-8-10-12-14…..Etc.

*5 Thrusters must done before every set of pull ups.

Your recovery is important to help with your performance, sleep, and how much pain (DOMS) you will have after a workout. We don’t have that much time to go over it in the class structure, but spending some time after class is always a good idea. It could be some light restorative cardio on the bike or rower, doing ROMWOD on the TV, and/or doing some mobility work.
