A word from your coach:

Oct 10, a little more than 2 weeks away, until the start of the 2020 Crossfit Games season. We will be hosting the 5 week event as we do every year. The workout is released at 8pm on Thursday night. It will be the class workout on Friday. Everyone will do some variation of it. Don’t worry, there are always scaled options. During the Friday evenings we will also going to try to have a different local business in every week during the open.

As with the open, there is alot of unknown. Some workouts can be pretty chaotic and we can always use more help judging and helping people both mentally and physically prepare for the workouts.

The coaches will also all be doing the workouts to help everyone better understand what to expect and how to scale them better.
