OUR classes

Crossfit

Our group classes are fun, inclusive, and scalable to all fitness levels. Workouts are different every day, and with our world-class coaching you will improve your health and performance no matter your goals. We focus on functional movements, which means you will learn how to move safely and efficiently for real life.

Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic Class focuses on the proper movement patterns and points of performance of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. This Coach led, small class is very detail oriented as we work on these lifts. Classes run 60-90 minutes.

Engine

Our Engine classes are for those who want to work on their endurance and want a longer workout. We focus on technique and a proper training plan to increase endurance across running, biking, and rowing.

Strongfit

Barbells are great, but they don’t really exist outside of the gym environment. This program dedicated to teaching the fundamental patterns of human movement developing strength and conditioning that you can apply to your everyday life. The focus of these classes is on the movement not the weight. This is a universal program that people of all skill levels can learn from.

Crossfit Kids

Our Kids Classes are for ages 3 to 12 and focus on BIG Fun. Broad, Inclusive and General fitness provided in a fun atmosphere by our CrossFit Kid accredited Coaches.

Unbroken Recovery

Our nonprofit organisation striving to offer free memberships to those recovering from addiction and mental health issues at CrossFit Bytown.. We are in the business of replacing dangerous addictions with health, fitness and community.

MovNat

MovNat focuses on practical movement skills and physical conditioning. It covers the most basic human movements and transitions to the most complex; from sitting, getting up, walking, running and balancing, to climbing, jumping and vaulting, to lifting, carrying, catching and throwing, to swimming and even combatives. These movement skills are called “competencies.” The physical conditioning is called “capacity.” All of this is anchored by the skillful use of the breath.

AdventureFit

This is part of our Adventure Fitness Collective. Registration is available here.

You will learn over 3 weeks how to use your fitness for outdoor activities, or how to get better at doing your outdoor activities through fitness.

Soul Crusher

The name says it all. If you are looking for a class that the workout never seems to end and want to get a great workout in with friends on the weekend, this is calling your name. Not recommended for beginners.
